Frequently Asked Questions

How do I buy your products?

This is not an online store. Send us a message via the contact form or on Discord to place an order.

Do you ship orders?

Shipping wooden boxes sounds like a lot of hassle so those are only available for in person delivery. If you live somewhere else and really like the trinkets we make, drop us a line on the contact form and we can work something out.

Can items be customized?

Most items are made to order. The “Specifications” table on each product page will have one or more labels that reference customization. Coming up with concise labels are hard, but here is a longer description of each:

  • Custom Engraving: This item can be personalized with a laser engraving. Engraving is always free of charge.
  • Customize Material: Typically for items made out of acrylic, these items can be made out of a different color or pattern of acrylic than what is pictured. We have many acrylic samples on hand, feel free to reach out to ask for pictures of the color family you’re looking for.
  • Custom Dimensions: This item can be resized to fit your specifications.
How long does an order take?

Lead time depends on the item and current workload. Single item orders are generally turned around in about a week, bulk orders about two weeks. Message me with what you need and we can give you a realistic estimate before you commit.

Can I commission a custom item?

Absolutely! At the moment we only create items that are related to tabletop gaming, but feel free to send us a message via the contact form with what you have in mind.

Why plywood?

While there are many materials to make a wooden box out of, we find baltic birch plywood to be the most aesthetically pleasing. Birch plywood is also very strong, sands, and accepts finish well. However, since wood is a natural product, there is some variation in color and pattern in each item. There may be small defects (knots, patches) present on the plywood surface, and if we’re unable to avoid them, they’ll always be on the non-show side of the product, like on the bottom of the case.
